Prior to joining Louisiana Healthcare Connections as the director of pharmacy in 2013, Rachel served as a pharmacist with the Louisiana Department of Health's Medicaid division, where she oversaw pharmacy benefits management, including claims processing, prior authorizations, and PDL processes.
